Interstate Engineering. Garrett Hill holds a degree from California State University in Computer Science.

J. Roy Martinez, Chief Financial Officer
J. Roy Martinez is the Chief Financial Officer at X2nSat. Roy had previously
served on the Cornisica Board of Directors for 2 years. Prior, Roy was a principal at American
River Ventures, a venture capital firm with a primary geographic focus of Northern California outside
of Silicon Valley. Roy has over 19 years of engineering, operations, start-up, and venture finance
experience. He founded North Bay Venture Strategies and has worked at Intel Capital, National
Semiconductor, Systems Control, Vivigen, Scientific Atlanta, and Chevron. Roy has an MBA from the
Harvard Business School and an Engineering BS with High Honors from U.C. Berkeley.
